Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist primarily in probate and estate matters, including probate filings, probate litigation, negotiation, legal research, and drafting.

Duties:
- Draft probate documents, including probate forms, motions, briefs, and agreements
- Assist in probate case preparation for hearings and trials
- Negotiate contested probate matters
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other attorneys
- Attend court proceedings, hearings and trials, as needed
- Manage and organize case files

Skills:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- Ability to advise and prepare clients in probate and estate administration tasks
- Proficiency in legal administrative tasks and basic accounting
- Strong writing and editing skills for legal documentation
- Excellent research abilities for case preparation

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
